材料：正常情况下选用40crnimo，经过特殊处理，采用渐开线形式，在高扭矩，高扭力，高负荷的情况下，可以采用具有良好任性和机械性能的wr15e和wr30材料，其性能参数与进口芯轴等同，但性价比远高于进口类产品。在加工过程中严格控制度，保证芯轴的加工尺寸。
