蓄能器式液控蝶阀
一、特点描述
1、靠两个蓄能器蓄能，无外来能源时可自动关阀。
2、密封可靠、流阻系数小。
3、采用plc智能控制系统，可实现文本、触摸屏等多种人性化操作界面。
4、可以实现远程、本地控制。
5.能按预定程序实现与其他管路设备联动操作。
6.具有快、慢可调的关闭功能。
7.具有截止、止回功能。
8.关闭时能实现缓闭功能，有效消除水锤危害，保护水泵及网管系统的安全。
二、按照控制系统则分为普通蓄能器式（x）和蓄能器式锁定型（xs）
1、主要由阀门本体、传动机构、液压站、电控箱等四部分组成
2、阀门本体由阀体、碟板、阀轴、密封组件等零件组成。
3、传动机构主要由液压缸、摇臂、支撑侧板等连接、传动件组成，是液压动力开、关阀门的主要执行机构。
4、液压站包括油泵机组、手动泵、蓄能器、电磁阀、溢流阀、流量控制阀、截止阀、液压集成块、油箱等零部件。
5、手动泵用于系统调试和特殊工况下的阀门启闭。
6.流量控制阀用于开阀时间调节。
7．传动液压缸设有快关时间调节阀、慢关时间调节阀和快、慢关角度调节。
8．系统中，两个蓄能器互为备用，为阀门启闭提供主动力源。
9阀轴采用长、短轴结构均可。
10一般采用卧式布置；也可根据用户要求采用立式布置。
11.液压站、电控箱与阀门本体可以是整体安装，也可以分开安装。用户未作特殊说明时为整体式装。采用立式布置时均为分体式安装。
12液压系统电磁换向阀控制特征一般为正作为型，
