using environment of plastic drag chain is very complex, often oppressed by extrusion, so its abrasion resistance and pressure resistance is very important, conveying drag chain used in ports, mining, steel, chemical, automotive, packaging, logistics, oil and other industries, as various devices, underground mining, large hoisting equipment, gantry crane, gantry, cantilever, bridge type, swing arm lifting equipment, connecting cable for drum and reel system in marine grab, refuse grab, conveying and transporting equipment, winch, crown and crane etc. related reel and reel systems require frequent cable collection and release, and the cable of the tow chain has been in the continuous and frequent dynamic winding state. in the laying environment of thousands of reciprocating movements and back and forth friction, a series of problems such as conductor core breaking, sheath cracking and easy aging of plastic tow chain of ordinary machine tools will occur. in the production of plastic chain, the most common form is crack, cracking and other defects, in the current product quality requirements are more and more strict today, we must ensure the production quality of products, plastic chain, and in the production of these common defects how do we control it?
1. quality problems of raw materials. it is possible that the forging only ensures the appearance size, and the dendrite crystal, carbide inclusion, shrinkage cavity, bubble and other loose defects in the plastic drag chain of the engraving machine are extended along the processing method, forming a streamline, which has a great influence on the quenching deformation, cracking, embritleability and failure tendency in the process of use.
2.in the car, milling, planing and other final processing of the cutting stress, this stress can be eliminated by intermediate annealing.
3.quenching steel grinding stress, grinding friction heat, softening layer, decarbonization layer, reduce the thermal fatigue strength, easy to lead to hot crack, early crack.
4. edm produces stress. the surface of the product produces a bright white layer enriched with electrode elements and dielectric elements, which is hard and brittle. this layer itself will have cracks and stresses. high frequency should be used in edm, so engineering plastic drag chain must be removed by polishing method, and tempered, tempered in three tempering temperature.
