c4钢闸阀/浓硝酸闸阀
一、产品简介
c4钢闸阀主要零部件全部采用00cr14ni14si4不锈钢。c4钢是一种高硅超低碳奥氏体型耐硝酸不锈钢，在强氧化介质中具有*的 耐蚀性能，特别适合在浓硝酸介质中使用，还耐各种浓硝酸和硫酸混合酸的腐蚀，因含碳量小于等于0.04%，故俗称c4钢。
c4闸阀在总装完成后必须进行性能试验，以检查产品是否符合设计要求和是否达到所规定的质量标准。阀门的材料、毛坯、热处理、机加工和装配的缺陷一般都能在试验过程中暴露出来。常规试验有壳体强度试验、密封试验、低压密封试验、动作试验等，并且根据需要，依次序逐项试验合格后进行下一项试验。
二、产品主要特点
1、结构紧凑、设计合理、阀门刚性好、通道流畅，流阻系数小
2、密封面采用不锈钢和硬质合金，适用寿命长。
3、采用柔性石墨填料、密封可靠、操作轻便灵活。
4、驱动方式有：电动、气动、齿轮转动、结构形式：弹型楔式单闸板、刚性楔式单闸板双闸板式
5、广泛用于化工、火力、发电厂等油品、水蒸气管道上作接通或截断管道中介质的启闭装置

五、订货流程：
1、客户采购清单传真；
2、收到客户采购清单，为客户提供阀门型号选型与报价（价格清单）；
3、具体商定：交货期、特殊要求等事宜；
六、订货须知：
1、 客户如对产品有特殊要求，须在订货合同中提供以下说明：
a．结构长度；
b．连接形式；
c．公称直径；
d．产品使用介质及温度、压力范围；
e．试验、检验标准及其他要求。
2、 本厂可根据客户特定要求配置各类驱动装置。
3、 如由客户提供确定的阀门类型和型号时，客户应正确说明其型号的含义和要求，在供需双方理解一致的条件下签订合同。
4、 期货、订货的客户请先来电函详细告诉所需的阀门型号、规格、数量以及交货时间、地点。并预付合同总额的30％货款，供方即备料生产。
