2. the factory should clean the bearings after every 300 hours of operation. if the bearing is oil-lubricated, new oil can be added to fill at least 1/3 of the bearing seat gap, at least 1/2, and as long as the lid of the oil cup is slightly tightened before operation. when the crusher bearing is seriously damaged or damaged, it should be replaced immediately, and pay attention to enhance lubrication; when using tapered roller bearings, pay attention to the inspection of the axial gap of the bearing, so that it remains 0.2-0.4mm. in case of discomfort, increase or decrease the paper pad on the adjusting bearing cover.
3. in the composition of the grinder, the claw and hammer are consumable parts of the feeding grinder, and also affect the crushing quality and production efficiency of the main parts. talons and hammers should be replaced immediately after being damaged. to replace the claw, pull out the brake disc first. before pulling out, first open the round nut lock plate on the opposite side of the disc, tighten the round nut with a hook wrench, and then pull out the disc with a special puller. in order to better ensure the balance of rotor operation, care should be taken when replacing the gear claws. after replacement, static balance test should be done to make the mill work smoothly.
